The Future of Our Work is now - and the full potential of what it can and should be must be driven by the broadest collective of NEW voices and ideas.  Working World LLC exists to ensure we all find our purpose in the future of our work.

We are a business consultancy focused on building bridges in the social impact space.  We have a special focus on early-stage companies and non-profits at the intersection of education, workforce, and entrepreneurship.

We work across the spectrum - with employers, social service organizations, schools, community colleges, philanthropy to build joint ventures that redesign access to our workforce with young people at the center.

Alfredo has over 20 years’ experience in business development building public and private sector partnerships. He began his career in New York City where, as a founding teacher of a New Century High School in the South Bronx, he was awarded Teacher of the year by the NYC Depart of Education. He later launched an IB diploma program in Pasadena and participated in the turnaround of an East Oakland charter school.

Starting in 2014, Alfredo led the strategic vision and programming for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) in the Bay Area. He developed an earned revenue stream, expanded the reach and impact of NFTE programs, and forged lasting relationships with school district partners, corporations, entrepreneurs, and other education non-profit leaders. He founded Working World to put his network and experience to work in support of social impact.
