We work with employers, social service organizations, schools, community colleges, philanthropists, and private and public companies to redesign access to our workforce and business ownership for Black and Brown communities. Clients have included the PARTI Program, Opportunity Youth Partnership, Santa Clara County Office of Education, Merritt College, Bay Area Community College Consortium, and the City of Oakland.

SUPPORTING NON-PROFITS
We support entrepreneurship support organizations and educational institutions, from K-12 to Community College, to develop community business incubators and entrepreneurial pathways. Services may include stakeholder engagement & fund development, as well as program design, recruitment and pilot implementation. We leverage years of experience building entrepreneurial ecosystems from the bottom up, activating existing assets and aligning resources to launch and scale entrepreneurs from concept to profitability.
